tkfb Terms & Conditions

To register a tkfb account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 21 or above at the time of registration.
• You are registering using your own true and accurate personal information.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or account suspension imposed by tkfb.

Each individual may hold only one active tkfb account. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person.
• Allowing another person to place bets or access funds through your account.

tkfb may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID, passport, or driver's licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. This process is standard practice for all regulated online platforms and is intended to protect both the player and the platform from fraud and financial crime.

All deposits to tkfb accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Deposits made using funds belonging to a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals from tkfb accounts are governed as follows:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• tkfb reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or money laundering is suspected, and to report such cases to relevant authorities.

The default currency of tkfb is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bet amounts are displayed in BDT. tkfb does not apply any hidden currency conversion fees on transactions processed through supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. International card transactions processed through Visa or Mastercard may be subject to conversion rates applied by the card issuer, which are outside tkfb's control.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion details.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Bets are deducted from real-money balance first unless the platform interface specifies otherwise.

Where bonus abuse is identified, tkfb may void associated winnings, forfeit the bonus balance, and suspend or permanently close the account without prior warning. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are at the sole discretion of tkfb.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the tkfb platform:

• A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.
• tkfb reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to exploit a pricing error or technical fault.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded prior to the bet being accepted may be voided at tkfb's discretion.

All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the relevant governing body — for cricket matches this is the ICC or the relevant national cricket board. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of tkfb is final. Disputes must be submitted to tkfb support within 30 days of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. tkfb's settlement decisions are logged and may be reviewed by the support team upon request, but the outcome remains at tkfb's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkfb and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Match-fixing, collusion, or any form of insider information use when placing bets.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with the tkfb platform.
• Money laundering or using the tkfb platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical faults for financial gain.

Where tkfb identifies or reasonably suspects any prohibited conduct, it may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and recent bets placed during the period under investigation; withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account; report the matter to relevant financial authorities. tkfb's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in these terms.

tkfb provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your tkfb account.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage breaks.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the tkfb platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

tkfb reserves the right to proactively contact any player whose account activity suggests problematic gambling behaviour, including rapid successive deposits, repeated attempts to reverse self-exclusion requests, or unusually large and frequent bets relative to prior account history. tkfb may impose cooling-off periods, deposit restrictions, or temporary account suspensions as a protective measure. Unauthorised use of tkfb intellectual property may result in legal action. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tkfb platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkfb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity. tkfb does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance, or factors beyond its reasonable control. The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. Your use of tkfb is entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits tkfb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

tkfb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tkfb will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the tkfb platform following the publication of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The version of the terms published on this page at the time of any given transaction or event is the version that applies to that transaction or event.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through tkfb's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. tkfb operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to SSL encryption, fair play certification, and the protection of user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
